Ancillary Experts LLC ("Ancillary Experts," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. It applies only to information collected through this website — it does not describe how protected health information (PHI) is handled on behalf of our client practices, which is governed separately by Business Associate Agreements and HIPAA, not by this Site.

Information you provide directly. When you submit our "Request Your Free Assessment" form, we collect your name, practice name, email address, and phone number. We only collect what's needed to respond to your request.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use the Site — this collects information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and how you arrived at the Site, generally through cookies. Chat information. If you use our live chat widget (powered by Zendesk), we collect what you type into the chat, along with any contact details you choose to provide there.

How We Use Information

• To respond to assessment requests and other inquiries you submit

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use information submitted through this Site for any purpose unrelated to responding to your inquiry or improving the Site.
